Since the 900s this Dynasty became Matriarchal and has had a powerful empress on the thrown ever since. Empress: Karzire Numonis is the current and has become the most favorable ruler in a long time.
Weird country blended with Coldness and Heat but VERY dry throughout.
They are also known as the Yuan-Ti safe haven as Shidozar is the only country that does not see the Yuan-Ti race as evildoers hellbent on destroying the world.
They have 7 of the most BEAUTIFUL CITIES in the WORLD, but bc of that other towns/villages in the country do not do well or are only their to farm and such.

Culture
Death is very much talked about and honored within this country. Disrepecting the dead can get someone into very big trouble, which is that whomever overheard it will spread rumors about the incident until a priest officially curses the disrespectful person wishing them an unpleasant life after this one. With that being said though you'd expect with that kind of view that the country would be dark and grim but its the exact opposite. Most are full of life trying to make the best of it. As well the people from here encourage everyone around them to live like it is your last day.

Everyone knows that since Karra Numonis took over that her main focus was to build cities into worldwide phenomenon that they would be able to attract visitors just like The Reublic and Zylkrana Nation. In doing so though she did sacrifice the towns and villages within the country. To make sure though they didn't become disgruntled she set up a system that allowed her people to work and live amongst the land in order to boost the cities, once their shifts were done they would get and equal amount of time to comfortably live within whichever city they wish and work as few as 20 hours a week within the city. On top of that when citizens move into back into the cities the only thing they are expected to continue to purchase is luxury items. Otherwise while within the cities Food, Drink, Housing, and needed clothing is all provided.
The overwhelming approval of Karra's vision has made her become one of, if not THE most beloved Empress within the Dynasties existence.
