The R.L.I.W.
The R.L.I.W. stands for The Rightous Leader of Intelligence and Wisdom
This title is won by whomever within the League of Wan Shi Tong can complete a test of knowledge the fastest, as well with the highest percentage of correct anwsers. In case of ties the competitors will be challenged to rapid fire questions from a chosen list of questions that were not on the test. Once winner has been chosen before March 1st, they will set the new sturcture in how they would like the country to enhance their knowledge and give a speech to lift up those who lost and encourage those to continue to seek anwsers in truth and objectivity.
