Demographics

The majority of Bextós's inhabitants are ethnically North Kenaty, however there are siginificant populations of Sainshux and Lisy Shux living in the city, as a result of trade and warfare with other regions.

Government

The city is the seat of power for the Begþy Ular Inty IV and among his many titles is Gratuak py Bextós (Keeper of Bextós). As a result, ultimate power within the city lies with him. However, the Ular is often otherwsie engaged so he employs an extensive civil service to govern the city for him. The civil service have a range of responsibilities, from the maintenance of the city's infrastructure to the issuing of licenses and permits to merchants and business owners wishing to operate in the city.
