Physical Description
General Physical Condition
He lived a normal life for thirty years before being preserved in the Living Pool, which slowed his aging process to only allow his body to age five years between each waking. He spent not even six months conscious during the collective mating seasons, a negligible amount. However, sharing the Living Pool with Nathaniel doubled the physical aging accumulated, and makes him appear 55 years old. He's experienced only thirty-one years (rounding up). Counting from the time of his birth, he is 550 years old.

Education
In spite of his youth, he rose above his peers in knowledge and wisdom, catching the eye of one of the island engineers, Casabina. When he was old enough, she requested him as an apprentice and he worked alongside her until he was 19, studying all the material in the manse library.
Employment
He was appointed a village elder at the tender age of twenty. At thirty, he was chosen to be the island caretaker.
Mental Trauma
For him, the first sinking of Sakiel Norn happened less than 6 months ago, so his devotion to his task is still strong. However, he is dealing with the devastation of seeing the population drop and the village be abandonned.
