Ruby Snails
Features:
- Yellowbody
- blue mother-of-pearl shell
- 3-5 antennae with what look like hairy bright pink blisters (the hairs are fine quills)
The warts swelled from the size of pinheads to the size of pie weights. By the second day, Ruby swayed when she walked. By the third, she couldn't walk at all. By that nightfall, she was dead.
