Monastery of the Change Bringer

A monastery in Panalo, built to house the Heroes' Guides, as well as any adventurers seeking to pay homage to Avandra.

Purpose / Function

Unlike most Prime Deity temples built near settlements, Avandra's temple's exact location is kept a secret. Worshippers of Avandra instead pay respects at the Monastery, where they may also receive food and shelter during their stay. Meetings among Panalans often occur at the base of the monastery's entrance.

Design

Rooms within the Monastery available for adventurers contain hammocks, a desk and chair, and small wardrobes meant for storing equipment and weapons. 
There is also a mess hall, an outdoor training arena, and plenty of meditation rooms.

Architecture

The building is made entirely of a brown stone mined from deep into the Gilded Hills. While sturdy, it is near impossible to mine, hence its sole use in the Monastery. Motifs of 7 and 20 are present throughout the monastery, as those are Avandra's lucky numbers. Copper statues of Avandra wielding weapons of various kinds of adventurers line the halls.
