Morgal

The former capital of the continent of Haiten, now under the rule of the Oda Empire.

History

Fiercely independent and rugged individualist, Morgals were highly opposed to the annexation of Haiten by the Oda Empire, which was necessary in order to build the Hizari Dam. This resulted in the bloodiest war the Oda have ever fought, though said war earned Emperor Nagaru his nickname "The Devil King", and solidified their authority throughout Samarya.
Today, Morgal is a shadow of the city it once was, as rebuilding after the war has proven difficult.
