Nomad's Land

A district encompassing the northwestern quarter-circle of Suraphan, with access to the Piao River. It is primarily a place for caravans, camels, paddle boats, and other modes of transportation to park. However, it is also legal to sell goods here, though the primary audience is other traders.

Tourism

Few tourists, let alone well paying ones, will enter the stinky, crowded dirt lots of Nomad's Land.
