Martinque St. Pierre
Purveyor of animals rare and exotic. Best known for his access to Shaletiger cubs that he gets from a supposed 'Tiger King'. This duegar has connections outside the city and the smuggling capability to bring even surprisingly large creatures into Sanctuary.
With a flare for the flashy and gaudy, it is no surprise that Martinique has a personal specialty in birds. Long feathered creatures with lovely crowns and plumages as iridescent as the most precious pearl and as varied and colorful as a bouquet of flowers.
