Blink

Blinks are a subset of the homunculous-like "winged fiends" who possess the ability to "blink" into the ether, instantly teleporting them safely away from danger and healing their injuries. While this power makes them frustrating and dangerous opponents for the unprepared, their cruel and capricious nature makes them likely to taunt their opponents after blinking away, usually engaging in diving hit-and-run style attacks until either they or their enemy is dead.

Abilities

Shock - Winged fiends channel electricity into their claws and bites, allowing them to shock their enemies with every strike.
Blink - Blinks slowly become suffused with abyssal energy, allowing them to teleport themselves to safety while healing their wounds. When charged, Blinks may teleport up to their maximum movement distance away as a move action, regaining half of their lost hit points in the process.
