Sanial A sandbox sword and sorcery creation

Dearest child of mine, I would that I could have more time with you in this mortal, material plane. Alas, it is not to be so. I leave to you an immortal record in word that you might always be supported by my love, even after we are irreparably separated. Allow me to preface with a terse description of the overall world, that it might be the structure in which my record is framed.

Sanial is a planet, in the Helar system of planets, orbiting a brightly burning stable star we call Hel. Our planet is home to six large land masses on which life like humans, elves, dwarves, and others have thrived. Our planet is blessed with a climate that supports the growth of these species and with a innate connection to the arcane, making magics possible. Sanial is further blessed by the Ten Deities, each having touched the planet early in its life and having left aspects of their divinity imbedded in Sanial to help it become the jewel it is. We still are unsure of how life on Sanial came to be, but it is plentiful and dangerous. Much of our planet's history is written in the blood of the vanquished by the victor, and yet the past does not dictact the future.

My Child, I implore you to set out into the vast world and uncover the mysteries still veiled to me. I pray you find among them the one that leads to a cease in conflict and thrusts our planet into the future. I am only saddened that I will not see you polish Sanial from a jewel into a work of unparalleled art.
