Warden Camillia Fara
Camillia Fara is an honorable individual, passionate about helping people within the bounds of the law. She is however a rigid believer in the greater good to the point she is willing to sacrifice the good of the individual for the good of the group. She believes Pharism does good by the people, even if it could be stricter in its enforcement of laws. -
Mayor Canus Cato
Canus is the mayor, judge, and tithe collector for the settlement of Derta on the outskirts of Dertosa. He is well liked by the townsfolk and was made an official member of the clergy by the local priest. He is not originally from Estrye, is silent on his past when it comes up - often trying to deflect any inquiries, but through wholly committing to Estrye he has become an official citizen. He is the younger brother of the local Innkeeper and is close to his brother. He is honorable and reliable, not overly zealous in Pharism, and is only the enemy of those in defiance of Estrye's laws. -
Estrian Rural Commoner
The run of the mill farmer, hunter, fisherman that you can find scattered about Estrye in the countryside. -
Priest Kaeso
Kaeso is a priest of the church of Pharism. He has taken a vow to devote his life to the tenants espoused by Pharisma and holds law and order, as dictated by the church, as his highest priority. He has been in the settlement of Derta for some time now, and recognizes that the people of Derta hold the Cato brothers in high esteem. He views those who would defy the order of the church as evil heretics and the greatest danger to society. He is suspicious of anyone not associated with the church of Pharism in some way. His life's goal is to rise to the rank of a Bishop and guide many souls to the path of Pharism and living in law and order. His services to the residents of Derta are covered by their tithes, while outsiders are required to make an offering in order to receive any services. -
Keeper Lars Cato
Lars is the proprietor of the Red Hog's Inn for the settlement of Derta on the outskirts of Dertosa. He is overwhelmingly liked by the townsfolk and has established good business relations with most of them. He handles most merchantile matters for the town, and he has numerous contacts in Derosta proper for buying and selling goods. He is not originally from Estrye, is silent on his past when it comes up - often trying to deflect any inquiries, but through the abundant good he has done in Estrye he has been made an official citizen (like his brother). He is the older brother of the local mayor and is close to his brother. He is devoted to helping those within his reach, is not overly attached to the church, and is an enemy of those who would inflict harm in presence.

An alarm sounds. The smell of fire wafts into the inn. The other patrons panic and the bartender disappears while looking for cover. Loudness approaches the main entrance. What lies on the other side of that door?!
