An older woman who claims to be a psychic who normally operates in Longon, England. When asked she explained she mostly helps by conducting readings and séances for those who need them.
She dresses in a style more appropriate to the Victorian era and, true to her surname, adorns her outfit with several pink ribbons and bows.
