Dionis
Dionis was one of the proprietors of Padraig's Pub in Riverside and secretly also a serial killer known as "the Riverside Strangler", who primarily targeted young women. He evaded capture due in no small part to the machinations of the chaos-seeking Davin West, who made sure that the authorities did not interfere with Dionis's spree.
One of Dionis's latest victims was his ex-wife, Marienne, which led the Party right to Padraig's Pub. After a brief conversation, a fight broke out and Dionis revealed his Aasimar heritage in a blinding display of radiance, proclaiming himself a golden god. Unfortunately for the so-called god, he was struck down and killed by the Party.
