Tharandall
Located within the Alaware Mountains, Tharandall is a dragonborn settlement that recently came under attack from Sevryn the Red Death. Many of its inhabitants became followers of Sevryn, joining his Chosen, willingly or otherwise.
Ygrill Rashadur is a refugee of the Tharandall plight, encountered in Konstantyne's tavern by the Party along with her son, Squint.
