Martook the imposter leaves the community after a night of restless sleep and a meteor shower that is to be rivaled by only the Gods themselves. As he leaves in the awe and revelry of the town he tells them all “There is one among you who sees to end everything that you have built here. You have offered me kindness and a home for a time, but I am beholden to the ancient laws, and the ancient ways. You must protect yourselves. You must save yourselves” And with this he vanishes into the night, heading into what you are sure is the deepest parts of the ocean.
