Diamond Lake
Diamond Lake is a large fresh water lake north of Lorent. The Siltwyne River runs through the lake from north to south. While deep at the center, the lake has wide shallow shores to the south near Lorent.
Diamond Lake is surrounded by the Cairn Hills to the south and east.
Natural Resources
Diamond Lake is named and best known for the small diamonds that make up one in every thousand grains of its sand which wash down from the diamond deposits of Mt. Rakestag up the Siltwyne River. While Lorent was originally founded by an enterprising group hoping to sell these diamonds, they quickly found the majority were too low quality and far too small to be of industrial or magical use.
