Lorent

Lorent is a small mining town about a weeks ride north of Astea. Home to four major mining outfits, Lorent is a busy supplier of Iron, Diamonds, and stone throughout the Kingdom of Astea.

Geography

Lorent lies on the southern edge of Diamond Lake, nestled against the mines built into Littlebow Peak. Surrounding Lorent and Diamond Lake are the rolling Cairn Hills ancient burial grounds for a people almost forgotten to time itself.

Natural Resources

Mines are rich in veins of Iron and pockets of Diamonds. The occasional silver vein is found and sold, but it's becoming rarer as the mines are stripped bare.
