Luciel (LOU SEE EL)

the Wanderlust, Lady Star Eyes

Luciel occupies the opposite end of the orcish pantheon from Throndar. Chaotic and flighty, she is the patron goddess of the those who wander, explore, and brave the dangerous places of Sanzeia. She is a favorite deity of sailors, adventurers, and, strangely enough, halflings, though there are few in the world that would not offer up a prayer to Luciel for a safe journey.   She has a particular fondness of children and the smaller races of Sanzeia. Though there is no mythological evidence of her having played a part in creating goblins she is known to view them as her children.

Tenets of Faith

Faith in Luciel is the most free-form of the major gods. People often pray to Luciel for her protection when they feel it is needed and do little else when it is not. Luciel seems to be fine with this, and her followers often say that Luciel grants her greatest boons to those that can solve their problems without the goddess's aid.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Luciel often plays the part of a trickster god, especially now that The Betrayer has been exiled from the pantheon of the gods. She delights in appearing as a halfling, gnome, young child, or even a goblin and frequently plays the part. She is far wiser than she acts, and often her presence is given away by her mannerisms or the irrepressible twinkle of stars in her eyes.
