The Lord-Commander of Diligence is a titan among men, having said in his over 70 years on Saol to have never lost a fight. A true Diligent, although sometimes a bit more chaotic than the society normally accepts - many believe Agrippa to be Victus reincarnated. He brings great enthusiasm to his positions as city and military leader and inspires that same energy in his people.
