Elithras Hartswift, the arbiter of Unity. An ancient elf, who's family line can be traced back to the Night of Chaos as the former rulers of the great elven kingdom of Highspire. Having spent decades in all of the capitals of Saol, he is truly a man of the world and has dedicated himself fully to the mission of world peace and cooperation between nations. Said to be on of the most powerful wizards of the age, his gawky frame and appearance of an unkempt professor can be disarming. He and his team are responsible for the upkeep of the magic and technology that course through Unity, and the defenses of The Citadel. He also considers himself quite the event planner.
