The Elder of Clan Moonglade, a stoic and severe half-elf and a witch of great power. She is said to serve Ahmsear herself and gains her power from the earth. Jak'Tara leads her clan through equal parts fear and respect and has garnished a reputation for Moonglade as the last of the clans an adventurer would want to stumble upon.
