A Winter Eladrin of eternal beauty, Liorae presents herself as a stunning force of magical elven power. In truth she is a curious and friendly creature. Despite her title, she is the founder of the Traveling Court, a collective of Fey Creatures seeking to expand into and influence the Material Plane. She is cold and sharp but the creatures of Serenity actually consider her quite reasonable.
