The Witch Queen of Serenity
Matron of the elven Clan Nightingale and Witch Queen of the city Serenity. As a child, Sera was a prodigy and a wielder of extraordinary magicks. Of course, this was nearly four centuries ago. She is the founder of Clan Nightingale, the founder of The League of Atomic Sorcerers, the designer of the current system of government for Serenity and the longest running Queen in the history of the city. Her beauty and power is said to be unrivaled and many believe she is the daughter of Maura herself.
