Father Oint

Father Oint is in charge of the Celestial Church and has been for over 200 years. For a human, this is impressive but has been known to indulge in the Forbbiden Blood from Yarhnam.
He sits in a rocking chair behind the alter of the church permanently and is completely blind, however, he still performs daily executions with the guidance of the guards and his pistol.
