Aurial The Father

the Father Aurial (a.k.a. the Father, The True God, The Old God, Old one)

Need revision
He embodies the force of the Creation. First, He made a small home for himself detached from Time. Then made the World and inhabits it. Long time he just observes, but then decides to make a new kind of animal with a gift - or curse to think and feel. But he couldn't choose a favourite one so he made several different kinds and disperse them around the world. In the beginning, He appears often amongst them, but with the passing of ages, he distanced himself and rarely guide them. But with time some tribes reshape their beliefs and attach new rituals and ceremonies. Once one of these tribes captures a priestess from another that was truly devoted to Him and decides to sacrifice her in His glory. Aurial cannot watch this and break the ritual. He withdraws His grace from that tribe but takes the priestess into his home. None know how long she stays in His home outside the time. There they fall in love with each other and she had borne him a son. But the birth was very hard and she died. She completely denied Him to give her second life and continue her way to the Great Beyond. Aurial named his son Bagurial or "son of the God". The boy grows strong and wise, but also secluded and lonely. Many times he asked his Father, where is his mother and why He didn't save her. One day the boy asks Him for permission to leave their home and to wander across the world that Aurial had made. Many acts he has done there throw so black shadow over himself that his Father forsakes him and anathematizes him. But young God was already having enough power and followers to resist his Father. He claims himself as a new God and opposes the Old one. Holy Church was divided in two by followers of the Old and New God. In the time of the greatest confrontation between Father and son, one charismatic and brave priestess was able to rally and unify split and divided followers of the Aurial. She also brings hope into his forworn and filled with grief heart. Encouraged by her, the Old god found the strength to face His Son in dire battle with no victors. Both were shattered and wounded but still alive. None of them found willing to land the killing blow. After this battle, they made fragile peace that should lead to the end of the blood bath between their followers. As the reason for the recovery of Aurial, the priestess asked only for one favour - to be taught personally by Him. He hardly agrees, feared by his last close contact with his creations. His fears soon become true - The priestess bore him a daughter. But this time with the mother that guides her, the young goddess grows in strong connection with her parents.
