Caloren
The modern capitol city of the Elves, present-day Caloren is the center of civilization in the north. With the towering trees-houses, and the bustling port, Caloren is the exotic center of Saramoth, politically estranged for the elves tragic past.
Demographics
79% Elves, 14% Humans, other.
Government
Caloren is ruled by 'The elder' the oldest willing resident.
Industry & Trade
Caloren trades in bannana's rare beast pelts, and other luxury goods to most of the world. Hobbits rely on Caloren's products for a lot of their modern farm equipment, and until recently, Krenshaw recieved all its supplies from the city.
Assets
Caloren has a very large port, and handles shipping mainly to the hobbit isles, or krenshaw. The seamless melding of forest with urban landscape makes it very hard to tell were the city begins, and the forest ends. When most people would see only jungle trees, the huge hanging vines and tall leafy canopies, in reality the Elven suburbs are mostly hidden from sight.
Geography
Caloren lies on the southwest edge of the northern jungle, at the end of the hobbit island archipelago.
