Session 13 - The Chase

General Summary

After deciding what to do with the unconscious bodies of the Derashi, it was decided by Sitirin that they would be killed, leaving behind 10 corpses
3 spears were taken off of the bodies to be given to Havard
After a short bit of journeying through the canyons and ravines, the Radiants spot a large group of Derashi running away. Abek points out the group, declaring that they have the shard, and the chase is on
After a brief chase, in which Thog terrorized the fleeing Derashi with speed and ferocity and Toland broke the metaphoric sound barrier with a flying quarterstaff, the Derashi are cornered and turn to fight
During the fight, a black pit opens up nearby, and the Derashi start to try to move towards it
When the fight swings in favor of the Radiants, one Derashi pulls the shard off of the corpse of his companion and smashes it against the ground, chipping it and causing a small blast around him, stunning Abek
The Radiants dispatch the rest of the Derashi, and the stone is recovered, though it appears to be damaged
