Castle Estelmer

Castle Estelmer was a small outpost established by Kelben the Blackstaff of Waterdeep along with a waterdavian noble house (House Estelmer). One of it's original purposes was to descover the origin and nature of a strange swamp evergrowing between Waterdeep and Neverwinter. The swamp, known as the Mere of Dead Men.
