Raest
Raest is a tall, muscular, Half-Orc with metallic bronze skin who carries no arms or armor. Neither his jovial smile nor his booming laugh are ever far away, though he mourns the loss of his mentor the monk/seer Hlam and the weight of being Waterdeep's oracle weighs on him. His gifts in divination manifest in his readings of the pantheon known as the Deck of Dragons.
