Most Masks are affiliated under the auspices of one of the four Orders of Phidas.
The Order of Phidas' Mask is the public relations order that also handles day-to-day business and interactions with the population of Scarterra at large.
The Order of the Phidas' Stewardship is the political and economic wing serving as liasons to princes and potenates.
The Order of Phidas' Shields represents the Masks militant wing.
The Order of Phida's Dagger is the semi-secret secret police and dark ops branch of the Masks.


There are twelve archbishops, four for each Pontiff and each is the commander of one of the four Orders in a vast area of territory.  The three areas are West Colassia , East Colassia  and Penarchia, Umera and the Elven Empire
