Chapel of Tapukeah Agaton
The Chapel of Tapukeah Agaton is the main Hallisan temple in the Duchy of Nerozik in Fumaya's "heel".
The Chapel was named after a famous holy warrior known both for his bravery and his keen mind at logistics and tactics.
Centuries after Agaton's death, the site remains an important hub of logistics for the Guardians and an important training center for new recruits.
Purpose / Function
To provide support and training for Guardians. To provide a place worship for Hallisan.
History
Agaton was one of the first prominent Guardians in the early history of the Kingdom of Fumaya.
When the Duchy of Nerozik was assailed by multiple ongoing threats, Agaton organized many Guardians and sympathetic warriors and healers from outside of Guardians to stablize the region and eliminate the threats one-by-one.
Agaton and his people consecrecrated a temporary chapel to serve as their headquarters during this endeavor, but shortly after his death, the land around the original temporary chapel was ceded as a feudal bishoprics to Hallisan and a more permanent temple was built in its place. The tempe was named in Agaton's honor.
Not long after that, Agaton was made a Tapukeah in recognition of his valor and peity.
