An aggressive skin changer, by regularly eating mortals such as kalazotz, arachpliza, and igundans he became a chimeric monstrosity. The adjacent picture represents the "young Dhorgorlun".

I originally intendend to give Dhorgolun compound spider-like eyes but that is really hard to do with Hero Forge's character editor and even harder to do with Midjourney so I had to go a more furry predator route.
