King Domingo Linijika, the Kantoca
King Domingo Linijka
Domingo was not presumed to inherit, so his father consented to give him a Kantoca name at his mother's insistence. He ended up inheriting the crown after his brother Teos' tragically short reign taking the crown in 1549 and holding it for twenty-six years.
While he had an ethnic Kantoca name, he was Fumayan through and through though he did admire and seek to emulate Kantoca horsemanship traditions.
He married Zylina Zimoz in 1549, mere months before Domingo inherited the crown of Fumaya from his late brother. When their marriage was arranged, it was never expected that Zylina would become king and queen.
Technically it was an arranged marriage, but it was arranged because Zylina and Domingo got along well. This did not change after they became king and queen. The pair worked well together administering the realm and they worked well together and they had personal...chemistry. In their twenty-six year marriage the pair had five sons and four daughters.
