King Fyodor was the second to last king of Talama.  Fyodor was considered a wise and strong leader and wise leader.  Historians debate whether it was a pure coincidence that Swynfaredia began invasion preparation of Talama after his Fyodor's death or whether they were waiting for Fyodor to die because they feared him.
