Mircea, wise man of Prophet's Pass

Mircea is the the oldest man in Prophet's Pass now that the previous office holder was executed for treason.
Spy for his age, he was once a respected member of the militia in his youth and is said to have killed two orcs in battle. A lumber jack in his youth, he had a side business as an herbalist which is now his main profession. He is respected for his wisdom and common sense.
