The Azure Cloaks are a knightly Holy Order of the church of Thalassa.

They are usually tasked with the protection of high ranking Church of Thalassamembers, but as the situation require it, they can take over the protection of a city (usually if it hosts a Thalassan Church) or the recovery of lost or stolen item.

They have a small but well armed fleet of windship and seaship, and when faced with pirates they always give battle.
