Secession of Adras

After 20 years of infiltrating the military political fabric of the city of Adras, the Vampire Coven comes out into the open and takes control of the military and politics of Adras. Within a few days the borders of the March were closed and the city abandoned the Confederation, declare it's indipendence as a new state, with the capital in the city of Adras.
