Two days ago, the corvette discovered the destruction of the town of almost 300 inhabitants during its patrol. It descended to the ground to provide first aid and discovered that the town had been attacked and there were no longer any houses standing.
The town was just a pile of smoking rubble, but the small number of bodies found could indicate that many inhabitants may have been saved. Unfortunately there was no trace of any survivors.
According to checks carried out by Gepard, the attack must have taken place a couple of days earlier and there are no indications that other flying ships were in the area. Although there is no news of slave ships in the Pickerden March, many people immediately pointed the finger at the city of Adras, the only port where any citizens of Gerbera could be sold into slavery.
