The mountain of the wolf is the location, and without hearth as they worship the local wolf spirit.
The waterfall is literally frozen, and behind it is the entrance to the wolf spirit shrine.
The spirit of the hunt references the wolf, "welcomes all who embrace it" could mean that it welcomes anyone who worships it and acts according to its values.
The sight and experience might be talking about the shrine in line two, or the area in general.
