The Tale
The blood of dragons seems to run all below our feet. Their cities, towns, tombs, all ruin. But still that ruin can stand strong over ages passed.
In all my years seen, the blood of dragons runs most in the city of dragons, but a town in the north, that is where the blood runs strongest for the dragons, blood in their name.
Blood, blood, blood, the smell everywhere, townsfolk unaware of the power beneath their feet. It is my hope it stays that way, let the common man of Breskan never know what power is buried beneath their feet.
Interpretation
Dragons were almost wiped out in the past, and not many exist today. However, their presence has left traces.
The City of Dragons is Alcandras in the south. The town in the north is Breskan, during the current campaign there were blood sacrifices made, though not in the name of dragons, so it is unlikely that is what this story references.
The "power" referenced could be the spear that was buried there, though I am unsure if the spear was an origional feature, or if the story refers to another one, since as far as we know it was only uncovered a few weeks before we arrived.
