Foyer
The grand foyer in the Nellindill Mansion is the front entrance to the establishment. Entering through the two big glass doors, your feet will find a posh, brown carpet that is both elegant and efficient for ridding your shoes from evidence of the elements. There are potted plants and two ornamental suits of armor. Suspended above it all in the center of the room is an elaborate chandelier. It gives the appearance of victorian-style lamps that are powered by candles, but this one runs by the house's solar power grid just as the rest of the electricity in the mansion does.
In the daytime, the room is well lit by natural sunlight streaming in from the front garden through four large windows; two on either side of the door, and two that stand across from each other on the walls to the right and left of you when you step in.
By the doors, there is a keypad that shows the alarms are activated. If anyone were to leave out through any exit point, the alarm would sound. It is clear on the pad, however, that one door has been deactivated. It is the kitchen door that leads out into the garden.
