Efficient Recycling of Corporate Trash

A group of artists and mechanically minded people. Founded by a group of mechanics and based in Eio, they create art pieces promoting environmental-political messaging. They are only known to be a handful, and regarded highly by the populace, their sculptures and pieces well known as thought provoking, if slightly garish.
They have been investigated for ties to the eco-terrorist group Thistle, but no evidence tying the two together was found.
