Parable Station
A trade station in orbit around Torres. Incredibly lively as the only public refueling station in the system, the station sees traffic coming from many disparate origins. The station only keeps a local population of under one thousand port workers, but can have as many as 700 ships in queue for trade and refueling.
Parable acts as the bridge between the settlements planet-side and federation space. As such, the station pulls double duty as the federal diplomatic headquarters in the system. Despite the small bureaucratic accommodations, it was a more favorable arrangement than setting up new facilities on the ground.
