The Ice Sharks
One of the more prolific criminal groups that operate on the outskirts of the CapMet. They deal mainly in arms and drug trafficking, but also own a number of businesses in the Mibah block.
They have a reputation of violence and cruelty, and of coercing financially unstable and unemployed people into what amounts to indentured servitude. They are also one of the only groups in Mibah that denounce the CRO, disallowing them from territory they control.
