Aanke's Run
A dice game where players assume the role of the Child of the Rivers sprinting down stream towards Lake Kohu, while trying to avoid obstacles in the path.
The game is run by a single roller, nicknamed the rocks, and played by as many players as desired. After each player has placed a bet, each player is given a six sided die and chooses one side to place face up in front of themselves. This represents the path they take for the first part of the river. The rocks then rolls a six sided die to see where the first obstacle appears. Anyone whose die matches the rocks is knocked out and loses their money.
For the second round, the remaining players choose again. They are free to keep the same number or pick a different one. After they have all selected, the rocks rolls again and knocks out any players who match.
The third and fourth round are exactly the same as the first two. However, anyone who is knocked out in the 5th round is said to have come close enough to the lake to break even. These people get to keep their money. Any player who clears the 5th round is said to have reached the lake and wins double their bet.
Optional rules include a minimum bet requirement and/or a maximum bet requirement.
