Alphineh

Alphineh is the goddess of the hunt. She is a consummate predator who enjoys chasing down prey for pure sport and is always eager for bigger or more challenging game. She favors prolific hunters who take risks, rewarding them with more thrilling challenges and abundant bounty.

Description

Alphineh appears in one of three different forms. The first is a feral looking woman with pointed ears, protruding canines, and strong sharp nails. She has well tanned skin and her eyes are blue. She has long silver hair, usually loosely tied into a pony tail that reaches all the way down her back. She wears tattered clothing and runs barefoot. She stands nearly six feet tall in this form.
In her second form she takes on a more lycanthropic appearance, growing silver fur across her entire body. She grows thicker, more muscular, and stands just over seven feet tall. Her face becomes entirely wolf like, with a muzzle and tall ears. Her hands become thicker and her sharp nails become longer. Her ankle joint extends higher and her feet grow powerful claws as well.
In her third form she takes on an entirely lupine appearance, that of an enormous silver wolf which stands five feet tall at the shoulder and more than eleven feet long nose to tail.

Personality

Alphineh is neither patient nor talkative. She prefers action, and will turn quickly on anyone who keeps her from it.

Relationships

Alphineh begrudgingly pays deference to Salios, the god of wild nature. In exchange for sparing those who he blesses, she is allowed to use his wilderness as her hunting grounds.

• Festival of the Hunt is decidated to Alphineh in hopes of a bountiful hunting season.
