Salios
Salios is the god of wild nature, and concerns himself primarily with its maintenance. This means opposing, sometimes by force, civilization's attempts to expand into natural areas. Despite the assumptions of many, this isn't due to a hatred for civilization so much as a concern that they would destroy themselves if left to spread completely unchecked.
Description
Salios appears as an elderly man, with light brown skin, shoulder length white hair, and a white mustache and beard that reaches shoulder length as well. He wears a light colored pagri on his head, very simble dhoti style robes. Rarely, when he appears in urban settings, he wears simple dark colored sandals on his feet. When he appears in nature walks barefoot.Personality
Salios doesn't directly speak with anyone, even his own followers, prefering to send messengers instead. His appearances are almost exclusively limited to defending nature from the incursions of civilization. Owing to this, it is difficult to gauge his true personality with any degree of certainty. Some think of him as vicious and wild, but that is almost certainly a biased depiction.Relationships
Salios and Kawahara share a mutual respect for growth and natural balances. Although they don't intereact often, they actively work to avoid stepping on each others toes. Salios considers Sansha to be a bit silly or naive in her outlook on life, but appreciates the fact that her deep passionate love is extended to all living things. He defends nature for the sake of balance and the protection of civilization, but she defends it purely for her love of it. Salios views Alphineh the same way he views many of the dangerous and wild creatures that populate the natural areas he preserves. He recognizes her importance in the balance of things, and strives to work with her rather than opposing her.Places of Worship
