Hai Masterbrooke
Hai Masterbrooke was the only child of educated parents who left the Jade Empire years before he was born. He was a student of magic and astronomy who funded the construction of Sukorak and led to the creation of Dokage as a result. While he originally intended Sukorak to be a place of solitude where he could study and research in isolation, he later came around to using it as a place where young wizards could study under the master of the tower.
