Zabiesu

Zabiesu is the red dragon who saved Gashak from the brink of destruction. He made a bargain with the then chieftain Grimnak in which he would seal the dwarves in their mountain home if Grimnak pledged his civilizations allegiance to Zabiesu for the rest of their existence.
While Gashak owes their allegiance to Zabiesu they do not fully understand his true intentions, they only view him as a savior and god. Every year at Grimnak Fest the Orcs "donate" 70% of their treasure to Zabiesu. Some do it because they are devout followers while others do it out of fear of angering him.
For the last 300 years Zabiesu has spent much of his time cultivating Gashak, he has brought them all the way from nothing to a prosperous settlement. He often uses his magical abilities to seed ideas into the chieftains mind causing them to do his bidding without knowing it. He has grand plans to expand the Orcs raiding capabilities beyond the continent they're currently located on.
Zabiesu is the caretaker of The Volcanic Spire, he has lived there for 500 years. He took it by killing (insert red dragon) after hearing how massive his horde was, what Zabiesu didn't know was the strong magic held within the spire must have a caretaker and Zabiesu was bound to serve until another would take his place. This angered Zabiesu, as caretaker he could only leave the spire once per year so he needed to cultivate other ways to increase is treasure horde.
